About
Who We Are, What We're For.
A dating site for Nevada's BDSM and kink community: what it is, who runs it, how joining and verification work, and how the guides get written.
✦ Free to Join · Free ID Verification · 18+ Only ✦
A plain account of the site, from the team who run it. bdsm-nevada.com is a dating site for people in Nevada who are into BDSM, kink and fetish: Dominants, submissives, switches, couples, and plenty who are still working out which they are. You join free, build a profile under a username, and meet people from Las Vegas to Reno who want what you want. This page is the one place we talk about ourselves – who we are, what the site is for, and what we promise.
What we are
And what we're not
- A dating site, not a club. We don't run parties, own a dungeon or sell gear. We're where you find the people; what happens next is between you.
- Written for Nevada. The guides, the location pages and the examples are about the Silver State, from the Strip to the smallest county town. Membership itself has no border.
- Adults only. Every member is over 18. Age is estimated automatically when you join, with further checks wherever the law asks for them.
- Not a doctor, a lawyer or a therapist. The guides are the lifestyle's hard-won common sense, written plainly. None of it is medical or legal advice, and the pages say so where it matters.
- Nothing for sale but membership. No shop, no sponsored products, no links that pay us when you click them.
Who runs it
The team, not a name
bdsm-nevada.com is run by the team – the same people who write the guides, choose what gets built next and decide what the site will and won't do. There is no founder's photo here and no list of names, and that's deliberate: we keep ourselves exactly as private as we ask members to be. On this site everyone, the team included, is a username rather than a name.
What you can judge us on is the work. Every page is written for this site and this state. Nothing is copied from elsewhere, nothing is padded to look longer, and when we don't know something – how common a kink is, what a scene will feel like for you – the page says so instead of making a number up.
How the site works
Five things to know
- Join free.A Classic membership costs nothing: a full profile, browsing, daily match suggestions, a daily allowance of messages, and replies to any message a VIP member sends you.
- Prove you're real, free.An ID check earns a verified badge. If you'd rather not upload documents, a moderator can verify you on a brief video call instead, or the team can validate your profile by hand.
- Stay private by default. What other members see is a username and the nearest town, never your legal name, your email or a street address. Pictures that might be explicit arrive blurred until you choose to look.
- Upgrade only if you want to.VIP adds unlimited messaging, advanced search filters, group chats and a list of everyone who likes you; VIP Plus adds priority placement and a boosted profile. Prices are shown inside the site in your own currency.
- Stay in control. One block ends any conversation. Reports go to a moderation team, every upload is screened, and a support team is available around the clock by chat, phone and messaging.
The guides
How they get written
- Plain English. Every term we use is in the A–Z, and a guide that needs a glossary to read has failed.
- Safety in every guide where someone could get hurt. Where to aim, what to never tie, how to stop: the rules sit in the guide, not on a separate page nobody reads. The safety hub collects the protections and the five guides that go with them.
- Nothing invented. No made-up statistics, venues, members or testimonials. Where the honest answer is “it depends”, that's what the page says.
- Each page earns its place. Every guide covers ground the others don't. When two would overlap, we link rather than repeat – which is why the guides hub lists each one once.
- Kept current. A guide that goes stale gets rewritten, not left to rank.
What we ask of members
Four things, and only four
- Be who your profile says. Your age, your role and your photos – the verification badges exist so that other people can check.
- Take no for an answer. The first time, without a reason being owed. That applies to a message, a meeting and a scene alike.
- Keep what members share private. A photo, a real name or a story told in confidence stays on the site and with you.
- Report, don't retaliate. A fake, a scammer or someone who crossed a line is a report away – the scams guide shows what the common ones look like.
